Best Brisket in town
Three Meat Plate
I've eaten a lot of BBQ in my life, but this place? This is a whole new level. If there were an Olympic event for smoking meat, these folks would be wearing gold medals. First up: the brisket. Fork-tender, perfectly smoked, with a bark so good I caught myself grinning between bites. I'm not saying I'd write poetry about it... but I'm not not saying that either. The pork belly? Absolute magic. Crispy on the outside, melt-in-your-mouth on the inside. One bite and I questioned every life decision that led me to ever eat pork belly anywhere else. Now let's talk about those spicy sausages. The perfect balance of heat and flavor. Just enough kick to keep things exciting, but not so much that you're sprinting for a glass of milk. I could eat these every day and be a very happy guy. And the sides oh, the sides! The mac and cheese is creamy, cheesy comfort in a bowl. It deserves its own fan club. The coleslaw is crisp, refreshing, and the perfect cool contrast to all that smoky goodness. Bottom line: this is the BEST BBQ I've ever had. If you're reading this, stop what you're doing and get yourself here. Your taste buds will thank you. Your waistband? Well... it'll understand.

The best Mac and cheese I have ever had. Absolutely hands down, no arguments.
Loaded Baked Potato
The LBP with brisket is the perfect bbq item. Brisket is amazing. The potato is fluffy a bit crispy, cheesy, everything good food should be. Highly recommend

?[?]?[?]?[?]?[?]?[?] Pepper & Salt BBQ has hands-down the best BBQ in Vero Beach! From the perfectly smoked brisket to the tender turkey and mouthwatering sides, everything is top-notch. The service is always welcoming, friendly, and helpful every time we stop in. I highly recommend this spot if you're looking for some seriously delicious BBQ!
